Takedown Notice Generator: Free DMCA and TAKE IT DOWN Act Letters

If someone has reposted your content, or posted intimate images of you without your consent, there are two different legal routes and most guides only tell you about one of them. This tool asks what happened, points you at the right one, and writes the notice for you.

It also warns you about something most takedown guides leave out: a copyright notice legally has to carry your contact details, and hosts routinely forward the whole notice to the person who posted the material. There are ways around that, and the tool shows you them before you fill anything in.

Nothing you type is sent anywhere. The whole thing runs in your browser. No signup, no email capture, no tracking on this page, and no affiliate links.

1. What are you trying to get removed?

This generates a document from what you type. It is not legal advice and nobody here is your lawyer. The copyright route asks you to swear a statement under penalty of perjury, so only use it for material you actually own. If the person who posted it knows where you live, or you are being threatened, talk to a sex worker legal service before you file anything with your name on it.
